Number 9 of 10 children born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Kevin Cozzie graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement Administration.
Kevin’s original goal was to become a Chicago Police Officer, then join the FBI. However, after visiting his brother on the trading floor at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Kevin became a runner, phone clerk, and then a broker and business owner.
During his 27 years at the CBOE, he also dabbled in real estate and when his trading floor career ended, he transitioned into real estate full time. Now, a valued member of the Andrea Crossman Team, Kevin works hard to help his client’s find their perfect home.
Married to his wife Ann and father to Brendan, Katie, Sean, and Gilly, Kevin loves the water, swimming and boating, hiking in the woods, gardening, and walking on the shore in search of beach glass. Kevin also enjoys sports and is a big fan of the White Sox, Blackhawks, and Dallas Cowboys.
