Xander grew up in Dexter, Michigan and developed a love for the water from a young age, spending his summers sailing on Walloon Lake. After graduating from Dexter High School, Xander attended the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business where in May of 2014 he received his BBA.
After his graduation from the University of Michigan, Xander followed his love for the water to the British Virgin Islands to be a sailing instructor at the infamous Bitter End Yacht Club. After 3 years as a sailing instructor at the Bitter End, Xander transitioned into Marina Management, and then into Real Estate Sales at a boutique development known as Oil Nut Bay, also located on the island of Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands.
Over the course of the past 5 years at Oil Nut Bay, Xander grew from Real Estate Associate all the way into Real Estate Manager, and in the process discovered a true passion and love for Residential real estate.
After 9 incredible years in the BVI, Xander has relocated to East Grand Rapids and is excited to continue his Residential real estate career back in his home state with the Andrea Crossman Group!
