Explore Douglas, MI Real Estate

The Douglas real estate market comprises both older, historic properties and new construction homes, although listings are quite exclusive and limited. Some of the most sought-after properties are located right on the lakefront, with either beach views or, in some cases, private water access.

As Douglas is considered a cottage community, these properties make for excellent second homes or vacation properties. New developments, such as The Boardwalk at Swing Bridge ( condo community just steps from the waterfront), offer modern interiors, open-concept floor plans, and contemporary finishes. Older properties, of course, have that desirable charm, but are typically smaller in square footage and may not have the same upgrades.

As a smaller community, residents of Douglas are only a short drive away from all the necessities. Discover more Douglas highlights
