Grand Haven

Situated on the Grand River, its namesake, Grand Haven is the county seat of Ottawa County. At about 35 miles west of Grand Rapids, the city is perhaps most recognized for its iconic, historic landmark, the Grand Haven Pier and the red lighthouse on it. Considered a tourist and vacation destination, Grand Rapids offers its full-time and part-time residents a multitude of outdoor recreation activities, which includes swimming, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and even skateboarding.
